Why I was inspired to write this blog
I could write about the wisdom that I’ve gained by having a life that didn’t go as planned. And I do think I have gained wisdom through the journey. I am grateful for that.
Divorce led to starting again in my personal life. Losing a job meant starting again in my professional life. Both led to a life that I would never have planned for myself, but a life that I love.
I’ve written a children’s book, created a successful business, and have been invited to speak at various events and organizations.
I’ve made countless friends along the way.
This is my life. My “Life While Making Other Plans” life. And it fits me more than that other life ever would have.
So I have this blog and I could write about all that, but so far, I’ve just written about random experiences and musings.
It’s now 2021 and I haven’t posted anything new in years. But I’m feeling the itch to write again, so buckle up and get ready . . .
"Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans."
